FLASH: Movie Dimensions

Hello,


Excuse me for repeating this question please,


On the advice of a developer I sized my movie at 550 x 300.  When I afterschlock it with exactfit and view it on my browser I get some ugly 

distortion on my 19 inch monitor. Since my Flash movie is huge I want to resize it to the best size just this once. 


Should I just go with the default of  550 x 300 proportions? What do you, the developers, use.
