I almost always use the Default Showall.
If you use 100 % for height and width then portions off the off stage
areas will appear on the Canvas. Which areas depend on the Aspect Ratio
match to the actual browser window and the setting of SAlign.

It is usually best to match the browser background to the Flash
background and if you use a non-solid background in Flash to overscan
it.
