Hi Kathy,

Yes, one of my Flash designers had this problem, and I can't recall the
solution at the moment, but it is cureable. I will ask her to contact you
ASAP.

For now, have you tried rebooting with extents off? (hold SHIFT key while
rebooting). If this resolves it, you have an extent conflict.

Also, does Flash live on the same volume as your System Folder? If no,
you may have a file name issue. Try moving Flash to the root level of
your boot volume, and resarting, then relaunch flash. If this resolves
it, you can then move Flash back to your applications volume.
