FLASH: Resizing Flash inside table

Could use some insight

Here we have our flash movie inside a table that we would like to have 

resizable without distortion (dimension=no borders)


Is there a way to construct the html page and flash to do this?

(the movie is 770 X 480....and the page may be remade in order to 

accommodate viewing size and resize abilities if I can find a method to do 

so)
