FLASH: sorry for the off topic

Hello everybody out here in the list....I am looking for javascript...( a timer function ).

In main site I am allowing user to choose either flash version or html version...if the user can`t decide which version or choose or says nothing to him what the hell html or flash means...I want a timer function  ( javascript ) to pop up the new window with html content....any tips?
