Subject: | FLASH: 17% turned off Javascript [was Back button javascript ] |

Apparently statistics are showing somwhere between 8 and 17% have
javascript turned off or unavailable for their browsingof the web.
I am wondering how that statistic plays into Flash development. Assuming
someone turns it off for their surfing, even though they have the
ability, for whatever reason, any back button or javascript action in
Flash is dead, correct?
How does that 17% play into the margins for developing Flash web content?
Are they more likely NOT to be using flash anyway?
