The problem is that I work for a rather well-known "Eco-Net" that is gaining a
lot of momentum and that we need to get someone from MM to simply commit to
coming out and demoing the product and talking to it so that we can decide to
purchase and implement.
It's a shame that the responsiveness is so poor and it makes me question the
reliability of the company.
