You're not allowing time for the second frame to display. So yes, you need
to loop from the third frame in order to see content that's in the second
frame. Also, Go to Previous Frame does not have a "and Play" option. You
don't need a "go to" in the earlier frame, but you would need a "play"
action if going there via "Go to Previous Frame."
