I know they do the visits; I had contacts who were supposed to continue on
with the process of setting up a time and date, but they have dropped the
ball.

Microsoft will come out whenever we pick up the phone, and I'm not kidding;
they're an investor. Truth be told, there's quite a few that stop by on a
weekly basis, and as a senior person in my creative department, it's quite
difficult when the engineers are getting folks in, getting them to show
their software (and in many cases give the software to us) and/or even
tailor the software to meet our needs.

We're in the B2B space and there's a lot of varying needs out there. In
order to keep up, I'm trying to show a little loyalty to the mothership, and
it's very much frustrating and disheartening to not receive return
correspondence.
