This thread has been diluted, and it seems (perhaps) that all the previous Active X talk has changed some interpretations. The original post concerned the Pentagon network security team restricting the use of Flash players on certain Pentagon intranets.


The government (including the DoD) currently encourages the use use of Netscape browsers.
