FLASH: displaying date,time in Flash4

I've been unable to locate a discussion or tutorial on displaying the 

current date and time in a Flash movie.  I'd like to be able to grab 

this info either from the server or client's computer.  I assume 

there's a js call I need to make and that I need to make the clockMC 

a looping movie clip to keep updating the time, but that's as far as 

I have gotten.


Can anyone offer some advice or a nudge in the right direction?
