Sorry Matt, but None of those solutions will work (as you should already
know). The only way to remedy this problem is to create a one frame movie (I
always name mine rasterSaftey.swf) and in this first and only frame, add a
load movie action and load your movie into level 1. As long as the original
level 0 movie only has one frame, all of the raster images will look
outstanding, else, they look like sh*t.

I can't believe there's not a technote on this, or that more people haven't
run into problems with this....
