Import the sound file (aiff(mac) or wav(pc)) create a new layer, name it
sound, create a key frame a few frames in (f6), double click the keyframe,
choose sound tab, select your sound. Set the sync pull down to stream.
Create another keyframe in the same layer as your sound, at the end of the
sound. This key can be blank, or you can set it loop (back to the frame with
your sound start in it) or... In your publish settings, set the sound
compression to mp3 at the desired quality settings.
