FLASH: Personal Web Server

About a year ago, there was a solution posted to a problem with ASP and

Personal Web Server not releasing a thread or something and therefore only

responding ONCE to a Flash (or other) query (without a reboot).  The

solution had to do with IE5.0 replacing a needed DLL or some kind of file

and explained which file to remove/re-install.


I know I saved the solution, because the problem was mine, but I cannot find

it!  Michael...are you still listening?  I think it was Michael that gave me

the solution....


At any rate, I just removied the IE5.5 beta, which backed me up to IE4.0 so

had to re-install IE5.0 and 5.01 and, of course, thereby overwrote whatever

file it was that I needed....


Sheesh this is a vague question, and I can only hope it stirs someone else's

memory better than my own.
