Sorry, the URL is http://www.mindage.co.uk/stclares-map/

It's not the intro page with the alpha's that I'm having a problem with. I
didn't make it clear enough in my original message (below) but its once
you're within the site that the symtoms below occur.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE

I'm designing a site for my old school (temp url -
http://www.mindage.co.uk/stclares-map/) and I've got a bit of a problem.

When you first go to the site it all works fine. The navigation is nice a
quick and all the pages come up no probs. However, if you leave it idle of
a few minutes the flash nav bar becomes painfully slow, the little nav
buttons on the top with the wavy line sometimes freezes up and a few of the
html pages in the middle wont even load from the buttons on the top, leaving
to the centre completely blank!

As I say, everything works great when you first arrive and as long as you
keep clicking its fine, but leave it for while and it all freezes up.

Has anyone experienced this before and do you know what I can do about it?

Thanks is advance - Mark

ps: Any other comments on the site would be appreciated, thank you.
