Sorry, yes, you're right... it doesn't support 16-bit BMPs, but does go for
24-bit BMP. Thanks for the catch!
(The way this stuck in my mind was the "Photoshop can't open BMPs exported
from Director" symptom, and it was caused by a 16-bit colordepth setting.)
For Jason: I'm not sure how you do on the one-or-all-files test, but if
you've got an URL for the raw image, then we here could help with the
one-or-all-machines test.
