FLASH: how do I?/this site is so cool

it is one of the best uses of flash i have ever seen.

I love it!


but how do you do the effect when you click on the menu it rotates until the

desired section is in place....and how do you do it so smoothly?


I would really appreciate any help, links to tutorials and especially

fla's..
