possiblilities:
- Incorrect MIME setting for Flash.
- Bad browser (I.E. 4.5 Mac?) doesn't know how to load levels correctly.
- filenames not observing strict case-sensitivity, hence they aren't found
by the server.
- Loaded movies are in a folder other than the html page's folder, and the
browser is looking for them in the wrong place (browser-specific problem).
Use absolute URLs to fix this.
