FLASH: Re:basic tutorials on interactivity?

Hi

I am a designer using flash.

I am looking for simple/basic tutorials for interactivity that are 

for flash users who do not have any background with coding or programing. 

I  have checked out most of the common tutorial sites and still have 

not arrived at a place that I feel goes in logical- simple to complex steps.
