FLASH: Flash: Getting the links to open in the main frame window

Dear Flashers,

I am a beginner and hope that someone can help me. I use Front Page 98 to construct my frame pages and use Flash4 to create the pages. I would like to create a Flash page in my links page but want the links to open in the main frame window. I am unable to figure out how to set up the button commands to do this. I also would like to know how to get my Flash pages to open up quicker on my site. http://home1.gte.net
