Ted,
I've had this kind of trouble with IE and Flash on my NT (sp6) machine
from the start. I was finally able to view Flash online and through PWS
by setting all the entries in the security settings to Enable (even
lower security than the default Low, which uses Prompt instead of Enable
for some things). Never have been able to view Flash on local pages
though--I just use PWS whenever I have to check something locally. Try
changing all Prompts to Enables and see if it helps.
