FLASH: exporting Flash to AVI or quicktime??

I need to supply a Flash animation exported as an AVI or quicktime

files so that the animations can be transferred to video.  A

television documentary wants to use parts of a site I did on the

program. (which is kind of exciting).  Before I launch into this has

anyone done this and does it go smoothly?  Are there any problems to

look out for?  I will be sending them off and have no way to test that

what I did worked.
