So far, my tablet works well with all programmes. It also substitutes
the mouse. You can change the settings easily with the Wacom driver
(4.5x I guess) and the tablet is pressure sensitive: if you press the
pen harder on the tablet, the line gets broader and vice versa.

A minor drawback is IMHO that you have to try a bit to get good
results. It is different to normal drawing/sketching because the
graphic appears on the screen and not right under your pen.

BTW, I got my tablet (small ArtPen II) from Ebay.de, the German branch
of Ebay.com, for c. 35 USD. The ArtPen II is the predeccessor of the
Graphire series.
