Also - if RM's servers for web pages are anything like the computers they

sell to colleges, ditch them and find another ISP.


Seriously - we have RM P3's with 128mb of ram, and when you run the floppy

drive, the entire system locks up -sometimes even to the point of crashing

and making you restart - and doing anything seems to take years....

I only have a P1 166mmx with 32mb of ram, and in my opinion it runs much

faster!

Maybe it's something to do with the extra RM software that makes it

impossible to do anything, and disables stupid things like the "send to a

drive" option on the right mouse button.


I'm in the UK too, and I use TescoNet's free space for my website, and the

pages load fast enough, and I've never had any trouble getting them to show

Flash.


Just my 2 pence.
