Hi Marc, Sarah, et al,

The URL is http://www.nassmc.org

This is a 5-frame frameset with a scrollable HTML page nested in the
middle. The reason you would want frames instead of a table is if you WANT
scrolling, e.g. to accomodate unusually large bodies of text.

Some tips:

Netscape and IE did their usual little fight over this site. The problem
was getting the graphics to line up across the frames. We ended up having
to, first, put the frameset into a crippled browser window (so users
couldn't resize it) and, second, have JavaScript sniff the browser and
generate 2 different framesets so we could make the graphics line up. The
whole thing was a bit of a pain in the rear, but the site seems to hold up
well in all browsers/platforms.

Flash obviously controls the navigation and uses GetURL to pull content
into the title and content frames.

I could send you the JavaScript for the HTML setup if you like; "View
Source" won't work.

Cheers,

Hal
