I agree. At one point, for about a year, I worked 20 hours a week at $80 an
hour from home, because I was able to do what they needed, and because they
wanted me specifically, for my skills and knowledge. I had been doing work
for that company for $45 an hour, and they asked me to stay on half time to
full time, depending on the week, at $80. It's a crazy wild market we work
in!
