To answer to question below, here's a good one:

Kind of contradicts the $325/hour or 200K/year estimates I've seen on this
thread. Although the original question was something like "what kind of
money can you make doing Flash?"--the truth is it's personal. That is, if I
make $5/hour... I'm going to think $10-$12 is a lot... and $3-$4 is low.
It's all relative.

One thing that I'll share--as an independent contractor I calculate
everything on the concept that I'm billing out 20hours/week... of course I
work more than that. A survival tip: don't work for a client your WHOLE
time. Leave time for personal work, for research, and prospecting. It's
easy, as an independent, to get 100% booked--but what do you do when that
jobs done?
