FLASH: Help With Tools Window in Flash 4 for mac

I have a g4 with OS 9.0.2


I installed flash 4, and found my toolbar window is only half the size it is

supposed to be. If  I click and hold the window the outline shows it to be

double its size. When I collapse it then open it, it goes to full size a for

a fraction of a second then goes back to this half the size stuff. Very

frustrating cause its taking away some important buttons...


I was wondering if anyone had similar problems and was able to resolve them,

I am in desperate need of a solution.
