Or on German salaries.

I am currently employed as a webdesigner and get c. 25 US$ p.a., in
six month another talk on how it should rise will take place. ;) But
so far, not much Flash stuff could be done due lack of clients who
demand such stuff. :( It seems it will take a while to set the mind
right for Flash applications in Germany.
