It looks like it may be a cumulative calculation. I have a broad range of
skills, so that's probably why it gave me such a high number. In the real
world, most jobs are going to pay you based on your top 2-3 skills. A broad
range can increase your chances of getting a job, but will not effect salary
that significantly.
