In a message dated 00-04-28 20:48:27 EDT, you write:

<< A year ago I was accepted at a great university for
their MBA program. >>

I am sure you have thought about why you want to go through an MBA program
and feel that it is important to you and your goals. If this is the case, go
for it! The technology will continue to change whether you are in school or
not as you know. But a few years from now you will have the MBA which could
come in handy if someone needs a person to help their start up. Who knows?
You might be the person they hire to help launch a company and I am sure that
management savvy will be needed in the future. As long as there are people
in business, management will be needed, especially people skills. If the MBA
program is a great one, go for it. As someone said before, you may not want
to go later. If you are motivated to do it, do it. The cost is one thing to
consider, but it's not everything. (and besides maybe you can get
scholarships) You may have more doors open to you with more education.

But evaluate the reasons you are going for your MBA and make sure it makes
sense for you.
