FLASH: Multiple swf files

I tried to put multiple swf files on a single web page. The first one 

wouldn't work until I scrolled down to the bottom of the page. 

Frustrating so I divided the swf files on put them on multiple pages. 

Did I do something wrong or is this a known problem?
