Users of Win IE browsers will always get this message the first time

they visit a site to download content and will continue to get the

message unless they have approved a site (signed the certificate)

previously by check marking the box approve content from this site,

unless they leave the security to low.


Also, IE3 browsers and some IE4 beta browsers will not be able to allow

a certificate to be signed unless they get the authenticode update.
