The link to MM's step by step is on the Setting the MIME page which was

linked to the page I sent before.

If you need help convincing them they don't have it right email me the

URL (test page preferably) and contact person. I'll be happy to assist

them in getting it right. It is likely that the server software or the

server will have to be restarted before the changes will take place.
