What dynamic features are you using that would prevent use by version 3
browsers?
Looks good, but slow to defrost, maybe you are preloading too much.
Still seems to big for the content provided.
I'd investigate how much the fancy underlining costs, may be a lot
considering you are tweening it. The fancy lines are just easy ways to
create fancy shapes and take up as many btes as if you hand drew all
those little shapes.
