When exporting to a movie format other than Flash (swf) movie clips are

not exported because there is only one timeline in the exported AVI (or

gif, etc.) animation. You must put your movie clip on the main timeline

and make all the choices manually that you want to be shown.


Convert your MC behavior to an animated graphic and set the behavior as

needed. Make sure there are enogh empty frames following the

(MC/Animated Graphic because an animated graphic plays on the timeline

it is on and only as long as there are empty frames following. Move the

MC to a new layer if neccessary to add the following empty frames.
