A highly accurate clock would be made the same way as in Flash 3. A
slightly less accurate one can be made by bring in the time by bring in
the time on the URL and using the built in timer.
There is a 2 part tutorial on creating a clock at Anchor.
Timer in Part 1, converted to Clock in Part 2 and a link for the zip
