Subject: Re: FLASH: Am I alone in being frustrated at Flash's user interface?

Fraser...

Is it possible that you are just perhaps a bit frustrated at the differences
between the tools? I certainly can appreciate your comments and concern and
we've all said it's not the world's most ingenious interface, but it's also
not the world's most difficult, either.

It *is* a little different line of thinking than Director, however, as I'm
certain the Howdy Man will let you know. Bear in mind that Director is not
a "Vector-based" application.

For all of your other issues, Sir, I think you need to "toy around" with the
tool a bit more. Director is pretty easy to YOU who has become an "old
hand" at it. Dare I mention my frustrations with Director 7, simply because
I'm fairly new to it? No, I need to bite at the bit a little and learn some
things about it.

No tool is perfect; neither is the creator nor user.

Regards,

Russ
