Sure, you can serve rich content from UNIX platforms too. A lot of the
specifics depend on which web server they're using on that new OS.

The Flash information doesn't change much... the change would be in how
your ISP adds to that particular server's MIME types. I think the technotes
include examples for some UNIX-based servers, but the core info should be
applicable to all.

Rephrased, your ISP can add the MIME info... all you have to do is give him
the standard Flash identifiers, or have them copy over the identifiers from
their previous servers.
