Could be legit, could be bogus, I can't tell from the info provided.

I did forward it along to piracyatmacromedia [dot] com, though... usually the big
sites shut down such things themselves, but the collection agency here does
succeed in collecting big penalties from some illicit channels.

For yourself, I'd recommend being sure of what you invest in... if you
don't assure that you purchase a real license then others may not be able
to help you. Normal sales channels offer higher reliability.
