Well, let's see:
you could:
a) Like the rest of us, buy books and learn HTML and CSS.
b) Like the rest of us, use web resources like webmonkey.com and w3c.org
(too many more to list).
c) Like the rest of us, join lists specific to HTML and CSS (too many too
list), where this question is appropriate.
d) Harrass the Flasher list because it's convenient for you.
