hi,

Well, for the design, I would encourage you to try and redesign the site
with less gradients, less morphs and more consistancy. Aspecially the
gradients wich scale make the site soooo slooooww...
I'm not trying to offend you here, and if this is your first flash-site, Go
for it! it does work!
But the above is my designers-comment on your site..
