What John states is correct, as always. ;-) but...
The problem is that the variable 'mov' is in your main timeline.
But when you 'Tell Target', the action 'Go To' is executed from within your
Target.
So you have to use:
Go to and Stop (/:mov)
I don't know if this is implemented as a bug or a feature,
but it cost me some hair-pulling and teeth-grinding to figure this out.
