That reply indicates that your provider shouldn't be working as such.

You have two courses of action, one quick and easy, change providers, or

send them an email requesting them to provide proper service, i.e.

correctly defining a mime type, give them some reasonable time to comply

(24 hours is more than enough) and inform them that if they decide not

to comply with your request you will view it as a breach of service on

their part.
