FLASH: advice on new site

I'm attempting to put my resume (cv) online as a Flash movie. I'm getting a 

javascript error at the beginning of the movie. I'm not sure how to fix it. 

I placed the shockwave movie using Dreamweaver.


I'd also like to get some feedback about the loading time. Any advice would 

be appreciated.
