If you're just trying to use a Flash-based postcard service, then there's
one linked on the splash page at http://www.shockwave.com/ .

If you're instead trying to create your own, then there are a couple of
tasks to handle... the data entry and storage, the notification of the
recipient, the matching of recipient and data, and the actual generation of
the postcard itself.
