If you're sincere I can understand what you mean. There are times when I

need to take time off the net. When I start to get too -- ah --

difficult, I have to remind myself to stop.


Sometimes I have to do personal cleanup.


What works for me is to remember that I sometimes reply in particular

ways, especially when it is late or I am tired or I am in a foul mood,

and that therefore there are times when I should really not be online.
