Hi Chad,


Though you could convert an AVI movie file to a series of bitmaps and

import into Flash there would be onlt a very rare occasion that this

would be a good idea. Use Quicktime4 or Director and add Flash to that.


Flash 4 can combine Flash 3 content with a QT movie.


Director can use Flash content:

Director 7.02:  Flash 4

Director 7:     Flash 3

Director 6.5:   Flash 2
