FLASH: great Flash 4 effect & French guignol

Regarding to the mails I received, it seems that my " altavista english

translation"  is not so good .So I have to make a correction, I am not the

author of these wonderfull flash 4 effects . I would like to but I'am not :(

... I just would like to know how to reproduce these effects :
