Subject: | FLASH: flash, generator, mysql |

Hi,
I'm interested in generating flash maps, on the fly, from prebuilt "layers"
The end result flash maps should look like these examples:
http://jefferson.village.virginia.edu/vshadow2/MAPDEMO/theaterintro.html
The scheme so far:
The web user fills out a form that runs a sql query.
The resulting table fills in the variables in a flash template via generator.
The variables are "layers" that compose the map.
The resulting map is returned to the user.
The questions:
Does anyone have any examples similar to this using mysql?
Any suggestions about building up a set of layers without having them as
movieclips in the the movie template? There could be hundreds of possible
layers, I don't want to store them all in the template.
Thanks,
Chris Jessee
